Party Favors
Where do you deliver?
I only deliver physical party favors within Belgium and the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands typically takes 2-4 business days via bpost.
Is there a delivery cost?
Yes, delivery is an additional โฌ12,00.
How do I order party favors?
Fill in my party favor inquiry form with the details of what you're looking for. Since I accept orders based on availability, I'll review your request and confirm whether I can take it on for your event.
How far in advance should I request party favors?
Please request at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance. My schedule fills up quickly, so early requests give the best chance of me being able to accommodate your event.
Is my order guaranteed once I submit the inquiry form?
Not automatically โ all party favor requests are reviewed and accepted based on my current schedule and availability. I'll confirm with you directly once I've checked.
Can I customize my party favors?
Almost any theme is possible! Please include your customization requests (colors, theme, names, etc.) in your inquiry form, and I'll let you know what's achievable. As a graphic designer, I can create custom designs tailored to your event.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, full payment is required once I accept your request. Your order is only confirmed and definitive after payment has been received.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Since favors are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Digital Products
How do I receive my digital products after purchase?
You'll receive an email with a download link to access your files right after your purchase is complete.
Can I resell your digital products?
No, all digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Can I get a refund on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital files, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
What if I don't receive my download email?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, contact me and I'll resend your link.
Can I reprint my digital products as many times as I want?
Yes, once purchased, you can print and use your digital files as many times as you'd like for personal, non-commercial use.
