At Lin's Studio, I offer two different types of products, digital and physical, and each one works a little differently when it comes to delivery. To avoid any confusion, here's everything you need to know before placing your order.

Digital Products

If you're purchasing a digital product, such as a coloring sheet, invitation, or chip bag template, please note that these items are not physically delivered. There is no shipping involved, no package will be sent to your address, and no delivery cost applies.

Instead, once your payment is completed, you'll receive an email containing a direct download link to your file. This usually arrives within a few minutes of checkout. From there, you can download the file yourself, save it to your device, and print it at home or at your local print shop whenever you're ready.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, please make sure to enter a valid, accurate email address at checkout, as this is the only way you'll receive access to your files. If you don't see the email in your inbox shortly after your purchase, be sure to check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to me.

Physical Products (Party Favors)

Physical party favors are handmade and prepared individually, and because of this, delivery works differently from digital products.

I currently only deliver physical party favors within Belgium and the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I'm not able to ship outside of these two countries at this time.

Delivery is handled through bpost, and shipping typically takes around 2 to 4 business days once your order has been dispatched. Please keep in mind that this timeframe begins after your order has been confirmed and prepared, not from the moment you place your inquiry.

There is an additional shipping cost of €12,00 for physical party favor orders, which will be communicated to you along with your total price when your order is confirmed.

Since every party favor order is made specifically for your event, please remember to submit your request at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance, as my schedule is limited and orders are accepted based on availability.
